You may return most new, unopened items within sixty days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will also pay the return shipping costs.
Items must be in original packaging and unused for a full refund. Used items will fall under the warranty of the item.
If you need to return an item, go directly to any Island Recreational store.
Items that CANNOT be returned: Chlorine and chlorine-related products, salt generator cells, cover pumps, and pool alarms. If the item is defective, you will be given a new replacement item. Chlorine cannot be returned under any circumstances.
We only deliver from our stores after a purchase is made in store .We do not offer shipping online. All items are for in-store purchase.
